Shipping and delivery
Where do you ship to?
Currently we are only shipping to the UK, however we are intending to be able to ship outside of the UK depending on postage costs and customs charges, the website will be updated as soon as we can offer this service.
When will my order be shipped out?
We aim to process all orders within 3-5 business days. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a day or two.
How much does shipping cost?
There are various postage options ranging from standard delivery of £3.35, to Royal Mail 1st class signed for which is £5.55.
All postage costs are reviewed in line with Royal Mails current charges, and will be reviewed regularly.
Please ensure that the signed for option is selected if you are having a commission made - I cannot accept any responsibility if you select standard 2nd class as this isn't a tracked service.
Postage can be combined for up to 4 items (decorations only).
Any certificates of posting will be sent to you via Facebook Messenger or email depending on what is preferred.
Can I pick up my order?
Free local pick up is available in the Nottinghamshire area (we are located in NG20. Please get in touch with us to arrange a collection date and time
Returns and refunds
Can I return my order?
Due to the handmade nature of the products we are unable to accept returns.
Cancelling or changing an order
If your order has not been despatched, and isn't a bespoke commission, we are happy to accommodate any changes, so please ensure you get in touch as soon as possible.
